rocky horror pictureless show

We went to the midnight showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show last night - Christine's first experience of a live showing of Rocky Horror with all the audience lines and props. There was no movie because the Rio recently acquired a liquor license and the province said they are enforcing a law on the books from the 20s banning alcohol in places with screens (while another, larger theatre gets classified as a restaurant and has no problems). They're working to try and get it overturned along with a few other theatres and some MLAs. Here's hoping it works!
