We went to Chris's first Remembrance Day ceremony today. They always choke me up, but I like going. The last one I was at was in Ottawa the year they dedicated the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, so it's been a while. Rainy and leaden - rather proper, and the rain cleared up. Chris said it's much than is done for Veteran's Day in the U.S., but I guess they also have memorial day.
