a very big mosque

We mostly visited museums that didn't allow photographs today, but the wow of the day goes to this mosque that we stopped in, supposedly one of the biggest in the world and one of the newest and most modern that we've been in (constructed in 1990). It was enormous and beautiful, including a giant crystal ball of a chandelier and some gorgeous tilework, some of the best we've seen in the country. There was a guy vacuuming all of the carpet - I felt a little sorry for him. He had a big job in front of him.
