We had a fun day today, bouncing around the city and taking in the Armenian church, the Ottoman houses, the high-tech and very interesting City Museum, the independence history museum, the glass museum, and the coppersmith market. It was really neat to hear the beating of copper ringing through the streets and watch the intricate carving going on. Pieces can take up to two or three months to complete! That's patience right there. I wish buying the fancy hand-made stuff was in our budget...
