the peak!

Shameless self-promotion. The peak at dawn. Fantastic. Cold as well - zero Centigrade plus wind so strong that it blew a guy off the mountain last year. Four layers plus gloves that were absolutely necessary - when I removed them, my fingers quickly lost feeling. The coldest I've ever been in Taiwan for sure. Worth every step, though! The trip back down was hard, but we all made it.
