part of the procession

On the way home from the market today, we came upon a random procession heading through intersections and making stops at small temples along the way. I followed it for a while, watching a tattooed priest/person at one greet each section of the procession. The whole group made their way down the sides of major streets and up tiny little alleyways, getting hangers-on at each turn. Many people seemed surprised to find me marching along. Everyone was very friendly, however, and I got some great shots, like this one!
