all kilted up with somewhere to go

Since it was the gift opening today which was not so exciting for pictures, I'm going to post this picture of me in a kilt. It was a perfect coolish day for kilts and all the accoutrements, as they can be very hot in warm weather. We went for a beer and pictures before the wedding and people saw us walking and boy howdy did the cameras come out. There was one point where we passed a group of tourists and they started chasing us. I don't think I've ever had so many cameras pointed at me at one time in my life. It was fun.

The next-day gift opening is apparently an unknown tradition over here, which is too bad. It's fun!
