I kind of slept the day away, as our plane was delayed and we didn't end up at home until around 5 AM this morning. The big event of the day, however, was a free (for us) concert of the Swingle Singers! An amazing group of a cappella singers originally formed in the 60s (I think) by a cappella composer Ward Swingle, the group has survived and evolved to this day. The theme of the concert was Beauty and the Beat Box, featuring a mouth-rhythm-section-themed show. It was terrific and the performers were very friendly and approachable. An experience I never though I would have and one that beat all expectations!
