Today we took the trip up to the legendary Otavalo market, the biggest in the country and possibly the biggest artisan market we've seen on this trip (nothing beats the giant town-market outside of Bangkok, though). Block after block of jewelry, textiles, clothing, crafts, carvings, and more, not to mention a small animal market a few blocks away and another market filled with 'regular' things for non-tourists. Gorgeous stuff, though obviously a bit inflated for the tourists.
