A couple of weeks ago, a friend invited us to try out a nuevoandino, or new andean, restaurant that she was writing an article about. It was fabulous, even more so because a friend of hers, who was a peruvian fusion chef, accompanied us and talked about the cuisine the entire time. The article has a chance to be published in a food/travel magazine in Spain, but pictures were needed, so I returned today with my camera and took a load. This is one of my favourites, an appetizer of different types of potatoes. Divine. I don't recall names or details, but that wasn't my job. I'll update if I get them.
