a touch of ukrainian in BsAs

I made perogies in Taiwan and borscht in Argentina. Being half Ukrainian gives me the need to spread my heritage's wonderful growth worldwide, I guess. Beets are cheap down here, too; really, vegetables in general are. Turned out pretty good for a first batch, I gotta say.
