cyclist countdown

They have countdown walking crosswalk timers all over the city here where the little dude walks along until time is almost out, then he starts hoofin' it. There is a cycle path down by the river that has a special cyclist countdown. The cyclist also hoofs it on his bike as the time draws to a close. Ha!
