on the road to cachi

The bus from Salta to the small town of Cachi, winding through the mountains and up into the clouds, is supposed to be one of the best rides in Argentina. So it proved to be; that is, what we saw of it. Being the rainy season meant that some of the best parts of the ride were through clouds, but what we saw amazed us anyway.
