garlic in more than one form

Garlic doesn't do well in wet, humid earth, so last night (before the storm hit) and this morning we were pulling garlic to use for cooking and seeding. I had never seen a garlic flower before. This one is rather young, they look quite spectacular when they're in full bloom.
