There is a certain artist who has been painting murals like these all over San Telmo. To be honest, I love them - I think they make otherwise dready and dull buildings interesting and they usually appear in corners where one might no otherwise venture. There are a couple of other artists like this who make the area that much more colourful and interesting and I for one applaud them.
