It's the Argentine version of Monopoly!
"Eternal Debt - Who can defeat the IMF? A modern fun game"
What I find interesting is in the U.S. during the Depression, Monopoly was created - dreams of riches and ownership. I don't know the rules of this game, but it doesn't seem as upbeat as that. I'll try and find out more information in the future!
