a very, very old wall

I happened upon this piece of history while wandering around downtown today. 1745! That's one old piece of all. There's a wall actually blocking it from view as you walk by on the street, you have to walk to the side to see it through bars. And on the right? A parking lot. Very hidden piece of history.
