This is down by the River Plate (pronounced plat-ay) where I have a new class early in the morning now. There are a lot of these cranes around, I guess for loading boats.
The area has the most valuable real estate in South America - something like $1800US per square foot, if I remember correctly. Nothing like the $5000US per square foot space can reach in NYC or London, but for a country where the average wage isn't much around $300US per month, that's quite the disparity.
